Ie/ei spelling rule sentence?

Okay, I know the "I before E" poem by heart. But there was a sentence in one of my spelling books that had all the *exceptions* in it, and it started:

"Neither weird species of financier..."

...or something like that. I want to know the whole thing because the ei/ie rule is the one I have the hardest time with. There are so many exceptions. Can anybody help?

Ie/ei spelling rule sentence?www.microsoft.com

Neither financier seized either weird species of leisure.

Ie/ei spelling rule sentence?microsoft windows xp internet explorer

I think you were trying to get either this:

Neither financier seized either weird species of leisure.

or this:

Neither sheik dared leisurely seize either weird species of financier.

and probably not this:

Any beings decreeing such ogreish, albeit nonpareil,

homogeneity must be nucleic protein-deficient from sauteing

pharmacopoeial caffeine and codeine!

(even though it contains even more of the exceptions!!)

However, you might find this useful as it is in rhyme form and thus a little easier to remember:

“I” before “E” except after “C”

Or when sounded like “A”, as in “neighbor” and “weigh”

Except “seize” and “seizure”, and also “leisure”,

“Weird”, “height” and “neither”, “forfeit” and “either”.

Good luck!

How to delete IE(all present versions) PERMANENTLY from my PC ?

Pl. read these details before answering :

1. I WANT to delete Internet Explorer. Pls don't tell me to get another browser like Firefox or Opera since I'm already using them.

2. I tried with "Add or Remove Programs" but that only deleted my IE 7. So now I've got IE 5 still installed.

3. I also tried with "Add or Remove Windows Components" but everything including Media Player and Accessories got uninstalled. Then i had to do a system restore.

Please help ASAP.

Thanks in advance !

If you're talking about Windows XP or newer, then you just can't do it. I've looked into it and tried several times. The Windows Explorer system shell and various programs such as Outhouse Express and Windows Media Player (WIMP) use the same DLLs as Internet Exploiter. You would break the O.S. if you went around deleting IE files and registry keys. I've gotten away with deleting the Internet Explorer folder under PROGRAM FILES, but if you open up any explorer window and type in a URL in the address bar or in the START -%26gt; RUN box, IE will still work and it isn't really gone. There are programs such as 2000Lite, 98Lite, and IEradicator which can truly disintegrate Internet Explorer from Windows 2000 and older versions, though. Just delete the IE icon and associate all shortcuts and HTML files with whatever browser you prefer to install. On a similar note, Windows Media Player cannot be completely removed from XP or Vista either.

How to delete IE(all present versions) PERMANENTLY from my PC ?microsoft updates internet explorer

Because IE (5, 6, or 7) is so tightly integrated with Microsoft Windows, it is nearly impossible to remove it entirely from a computer. In fact, other programs which need to do HTML access or parsing will break if you remove the IE .dll libraries.

This is only one of the reasons that Microsoft was successfully accused of monopolistic practices when compared to other browser companies.
ok when you install another browser it should ask if you want it as your primary browser you should say yes and also when you open up some programs it will open in IE because it is programmed for it you might have to deal with it IE is supposed to be there i guess

I installed firefox a few days ago and made it my default browser, but then I noticed IE was not working right anymore, so I uninstalled firefox thinking this would fix IE. But now when I open an IE page I get the home page (yahoo) and all I can do is click links on the home page to go to pages (i.e. yahoo answers). But if I try to go to any other website, i.e. by typing an address into the address bar and go to that address, I get "application not found." I have done several system restores, but each time it said the system could not be restored. I also did a virus scan and went to tools and chose reset browser and checked the box that said check if IE is my default browser, and also went to add/remove programs, chose set program access and defaults, chose custom and set internet explorer as the default, then I rebooted, but I still get "application not found." Why am I getting this message in IE and how can I fix it? Thanks. 10 points.

That's why I advise people not to install Firefox - it's too buggy and unstable. Firefox must have messed with the system and disabled something.

To be safe. Download internet explorer (6 or 7) and save it on a folder you know where to find. Close all running programs and browser as well. Then go to control panel - add/remove programs and uninstall which ever ineternet explorer you have there. If your PC prompts you to restart, do it. After, go to the IE you downloaded and install. After it's up and running go to microsoft and manually search %26amp; dowload the latest updates for your PC (in case the windows updates site is not installing the updates). I included this as a precaution. Anyway, right after your new IE is installed it should already be fine.

I personally recommend not installing IE7 as of yet. Release candidates can always do harm to your computer.

Firefox uses a Windows process inside what we call a "library". That DLL file, which can be needed by Firefox, may have been altered and made unreadable by your installation of IE7.

I would recommend uninstalling IE7 and re-installing Firefox.

IE 7 security problem?

I recently installed an application on our webserver that uses https. It works fine in IE 6, but in IE 7 this page is displayed:

Internet Explorer cannot display the web page

Most likely causes are:

You are not connected to the internet

The website is experienceing problems

There might be a typing error in the address

It works fine in IE 6, what do I do to get it to work in IE 7?

Thanks.

IE7 was about 5 years in the making. Microsoft didn't feel the need to share information with other developers about the coding that would be used in IE7, etc. As a result, a whole lot of incompatibility exists. You might find this website interesting reading, especially the "known issues" section and the part about how to get sites that don't recognize IE7 to work:

Try by opening the menus: Tools%26gt;Internet options.

Once there, you should get a "Internet options" window. In the

"General" tab, Look for and click the "Settings" button right to the Tabs area. The "Tab browsing settings" window should appear, select there the most convenient options for you and finally click "OK". Good luck.

IE Explorer 7 crashing on one user but not another?

I normally use Firefox, but for some sites I need to use IE Explorer for some reason. Today my IE Explorer 7 stopped working - it just crashes with an error report message. I did a fresh reinstall, but the problem persists. I wondered if it was a Norton Internet Security 2007 problem.

What is odd though is that if I switch to another user account on my XP Pro machine, IE Explorer 7 seems to be running fine. But when I switch back to my regular user account it crashes again.

Are there some kind of settings I can just delete?

Thanks in advance.

For troubleshooting, you can disable all 'add-ons' (tools, manage add-ons). You can also go to internet options (tools, internet options), click the advanced tab, and uncheck "enable 3rd party browser extensions". The first option may not be available depending on how quickly IE crashes but the second can be done through internet options in the control panel.

Hi why is that my IE %26gt; Options home page disable? I can set my home page settings. How can i activate it?

IE %26gt; Internet Options %26gt; Home page setting?microsoft access

The only reasons I can think of is that either your browser's home page has been hijacked by a virus or there is a corporate policy that has disabled the option to change your home page.

If you're using IE 7, on the menu bar somewhere on your right, there's a "Home" button with a picture of a house on it. And right next to it there's a drop down arrow. Click on it after you've navigated to the page you want set as your homepage.

after you type it in, click apply then ok. close and reopen. if it doesnt work then sry i dunno.

mandee
Is this on a PC at work or at home?

If its at work it may be that the company you work for has implemented a system policy in Windows to make sure that you always go their preferred home page, this policy will also have disabled the function to change it.

If this is the case you can't change it unless you are a system administrator.
You browser may have been hijacked. What you can try is a program called "cwshredder" to solve the problem: http://www.spywareinfo.com/~merijn/progr... Scroll down the page a bit and download the program.

Failing that, you can set the homepage with a Windows utility called gpedit.

This was posted on a site which I have put below:

Go to Start Menu.

Choose "Run"

Type "gpedit.msc"

A menu will come up that looks like a file browser. On the left look for the item "User Configuration"

Click the plus next to it, to expand it out.

You will see some folders drop down.

Look for "Windows Settings"

Expand it out.

Look for "Internet Explorer Maintenance"

Expand it out.

Some folders will drop down.

Select the one that says "URLS"

Some items will appear in the right hand side pane.

Double click the one that says "Important URLS"

There will be 3 sets.

The first set is your home page setting. Check the box "Customize Home Page URL"

Enter the page that you want in the blank.

Click "ok"

exit the program.

***************

Now you have set the home page in the most secure way possible.

The next step explains how to prevent any changes being made to that start page. Either by some sort of Spyware or by a User.

In order to reverse this process, you will have to go through these steps listed below again to change the home URL in the future.

Go to Start Menu.

Choose "Run"

Type "gpedit.msc"

When it comes up this time, look for "Administrative Templates."

Expand it out.

Look for "Windows Components"

Expand it out.

Look for "Internet Explorer"

Click on this folder once.

Some items will appear in the right hand side pane.

Look for the one called: "Disable Changing Home Page Settings"

When the menu comes up select the option "Enable" and click "Ok."

Close the program.

**********************

You must do the above steps in order for this to work properly.

Your default home page is now set in stone. If you go into Internet Explorer and check your internet options, you will notice the area to change your home page is now unavailable.

In order to change it, again you must go through the previous step and select "disable" on "Disable Changing Home Page Settings"

***********

This is the lock-down administrative way of stopping that setting from being changed.
There is a setting to lock your home page to prevent hijackers from changing it. I'm on Firefox so I don't know what the IE equivalent is. It should be under options. Just make sure to reset it after the change, for security reasons.

try refreshing the page or going to your home page
Dump then reload the 7 upgrade. Empty Recycle Bin, Shut down, reboot.

Reload 7, (if you must). Shut down/reboot.
dunno, lol
It is possible that you have history in the cache that is somehow in conflict with the new version----go to your internet options page and delete all history there ---keep the cookies---they are hard to do without once you restart---retry to load your pages

??? if this doesn't do it---you may have to remove and reinstall as mentioned by the dude here earlier

Hope this gets you going again

And, good luck !!!
This is a real nasty one that I've been through! When you download the new IE 7 and it does not load, it normally leaves a file on your computer explaining why- usually it's in your registry and you have to go in through your start menu to what is called "regedit" and search a certain setting in your registry that's preventing it from loading and change it. If you do not get this file, go to the MS site and type in "IE7 does not load" and hopefully it brings up the causes and solutions for you. If not, you may have to phone Microsoft while you are doing it and get them to walk you through it. If this is not the case, you may have a damaged winninet.dll file from a virus that went around the net recently. Before doing anything, make sure that all your important files are backed up. I had to re-format my computer.
Its time you changed your browser to Firefox or Opera and give time to MIcrosoft to stabilise IE7.

I use IE but want to also use MODZILLA FIREFOX...what will I need do once its on (Ive only used IE)?

Im only familiar with IE and didnt even know until recently that its ok to have both on there (IE and Firefox). Ive been having a lot of probs with IE b/c it is VERY slow, keeps crashing, homepage keeps rearranging itself and I am worried about spyware.

Ive heard Firefox works well so I wanna try it..........just wondering though, what will I need to do once its on? Does it work the same way as IE or it it a completely different setup? Wheres the best place to download it from? Also, will it slow down my computer more to have both IE and Firefox on it?

Mozilla Firefox is the best web browser out. I use it myself. I suggest you stop using IE because you can easily get spyware and annoying pop ups out of nowhere. Firefox blocks all of that so you dont have to worry about it. Once you download the program it will ask you if you want to transfer every you had saved on IE to Firefox, so basically you wont lose anything at all.

Download it from the mozilla website (just type mozilla firefox in google) and it works in exactly the same way. it wont slow down your computer to have both on (at least for me it hasnt)
It's fine to use both programs if you choose to do so, I use both and like both of them...when I want to use IE, I just click on the IE icon...if I want to use Firefox, I click on Firefox icon...just that simple.

Microsoft IE?

Let's assume that I have an IE explorer open. When I open another explorer window and go to google (or any site) and start typing in my query, then the first window will come up, unless it is minimized on the toolbar. Has anybody experienced this before ? I notice this does not happen with Mozilla. Is this a bug in IE explorer ?

Microsoft IE?windows messenger

its IE thats doing this. Hex Variables used in many versions of windows that were released without the new verion of windows have a tenticy to confuse header requests with other windows, bringing them up if the are in the cache, like when they are open. Once they are in the RAM (minimised) this problem wont happen. Other browsers that are written in Visual Basic, like maxthon will have this problem as well, but if it [the browser] made out of a different language or configures the headers differently, then it will work fine. Mozilla is written in c++

Uninstalling IE?

I get ridiculous amounts of pop-ups, and I have Norton, i've downloaded and anti-spy ware and ad ware, but they still keep coming up. I downloaded Mozilla since I've heard better things about it, but now i want to uninstall IE in hopes the pop-ups will go away.

When I went to uninstall IE, it says something like "if you wish to uninstall IE, all of these programs that have been downloaded using IE may not work properly." Is that just a scheme so I don't uninstall it, or will it really do damage to my programs?

Uninstalling IE?nintendo ds browser

What it says is "If these programs depend on IE they may not work properly after it is removed."

It should not do damage to your programs. Because the programs IE uses is either updates for IE or plugins that you downloaded that will only be used by IE. So there is a 99.9% chance that it will not mess up any of you programs.

But if for some odd reason it does mess up you programs then you can alway re-install IE.

Uninstalling IE?windows 98 internet explorer

most general appz will not be affected. But, if you downloaded programs that install IE specific plug-ins, you could loose the ability to run them. But I doubt that most of your programs such as games, microsoft office, adobe reader etc, should be affected
Go in control panel %26amp; uninstall from their .
It's not a good idea to uninstall IE. It could have some bad effects on your system.

Try running your anit-virus and anti spyware in safe mode. This will get rid of the cr*p you can't get rid of normally.

Safe mode:

Restart you PC and as it starts, keep hitting the F8 key. You will have the option to get into safe mode then.
If I was you, I would just leave IE alone and DONT uninstall it, because things like windows update DO use IE. Plus if you just leave IE alone it cant hurt you.
It really could cause some programs not to work.

I don't think IE7 is the cause of the popups, other than it's more vulnerable to spyware and other things.

I would suggest downloading a few programs to clean up your computer.

??AdAware

? CC Cleaner (run both internet cleaner, and registry tools)

? Windows Registry Mechanic

? Run this free tool

(searches/removes spyware, grayware, malware, etc.)

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

Next, I would check to see what's starting up with your computer by clicking run, then typing "msconfig". This will pop open a window and you want to click the startup tab. If your unsure of what these items are you can always google the process name to determine if it's an ok program.

Also, I would check your add/remove program list to see if there are any suspect programs in there.

Example 800 Search Assistant . If you find anything, remove it.
ull wreck ur system if u do,jus ese firefox exclusivly
Internet Explorer cannot be uninstall from the computer because it is part of your Operating System ( Windows). If you attempt to remove you will be loosing important files to operate your computer. So don't uninstall.

It will not hurt your system by leaving it be and it won't interfere with firefox. When you are using firefox as your Browser Internet explorer won't make the popups appear since it is not running.

Popups can be stopped by the Browser itself look in the toolbar for an option to stop popups , I'm sure you will find it.

If you don't find any your antivirus and spyware programs won't help as they are not designed to stop popups . You need to download a free anti popup program from the web such as Adware which stops and removes advertisement popup windows

You shouldn't delete IE as it will cause overall system instabilty and you could have corrupted operating system files. Also IE is linked with Outlook Express so you can corrupt that as well. IE is also a requirement to obtain any security patches from Microsoft.

The cache may be filling due to these programs that require it.

Seroius IE bug?microsoft project internet explorer

You can't dump IE. You need it for Windows Updates and for some websites that require ActiveX. But maybe you have spyware running in IE.

Keep your anti-spyware solution up to date, and run a full scan every few days. I recommend the free SpyBot Search %26amp; Destroy that you can get from http://www.download.com

Good luck and Happy Computing!
Are you trying to use both Firefox and IE as your browsers, or are you just using Firefox? If you only want to use Firefox, all you have to do is disable IE. You don't want to remove it, since it's an integral part of Windows. Click on Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add/Remove Programs, and when the list loads, click on Add/Remove Windows Components on the left side. When THAT list loads, scroll down and find Internet Explorer. Remove the checkmark by it, close the control panel and restart the computer. IE is gone but still available if you change your mind.

You also need to clean up your files. Click on Start, Programs, Accessories, System Tools and Disk Cleanup. Let it run, and remove everything it finds. You may find the cache's a lot cleaner.

Has anyone else had this issue with IE 7 and yahoo mail?

IE 7. I have IE 7 installed and when I go to my yahoo mail it says it's logging in but then IE shuts down.windows server 2003

Yahoo has been having major server issues since at LEAST Jan. 10, seemingly just with particular servers. And what's happening to you is unfortunately one of the many problems that people are having because of them, and Yahoo doesn't seem to be in any particular hurry to solve them. And the problems are not just w/Yahoo Beta or IE7; I and others not using either are having similar problems. But both do have more problems; if you're using Beta, it's still in the testing stage and has a lot of problems, so go back to original Yahoo mail, and the same w/IE7, go back to IE6 until MS irons out all the problems.

I've had to use another acct.provided free by my ISP to send/rcv important e-mails since Jan. 10, and it's been working just fine the whole time. If you don't have another acct.w/another provider besides Yahoo, I'd strongly advise to get one; it makes a good backup in case of problems like this.

Please see my posting from Fri. Jan. 12 under the heading "Anyone having problems of any kind w/Yahoo Mail, PLEASE READ THIS" for more info and on reporting problems to Yahoo.

Since that original posting, they've also sent another e-mail that they've escalated the problem (or should I say problems!) to their engineering department, which is an indication of major problems, and not just a minor S/W "glitch." And again, these problems are not exclusive to Yahoo's Beta, but it does seem to compound the existing problems. This would indicate to me that there are also compatibility issues btwn. the H/W and S/W, besides the server problems.

So it's not anything you're doing, your computer, or your internet connection, and don't let anyone tell you otherwise. And BTW, deleting temp files (which your computer automatically does anyway every time you shut down your computer), cookies, or history will absolutely NOT fix the problem, nor will running disk cleanup or defrag or a system restore.

try mozzila firefox
First, install Firefox, it's a much better browser.

Then uninstall IE. Your browser is crashing because of a corrupted file in IE. It could be a script coming from Yahoo mail and IE can't deal with it.

Reinstall IE after you reboot, if you'd like, but after you use firefox for a week you will never go back to that inferior product.

Help updating to IE 7...it semms to hang.?

I say seems to hang because it does not respond but when you check Task Manager under processes it's CPU usage is changing over time. However it's CPU usage is VERY high, it's using anywhere from 45 to 50% of the CPU. When I install the update it takes a while but seems to go fine, then on restart it changes my IE icon to version 7's icon, when I open it it sits there with a blank screen with one tab at the top which reads "connecting........" This is all it does, I can access nothing within it but it continues to consume my CPU but never gets flagged by Task manager as not responding. I just updated my dad's computer and it works fine, now I do it on mine and I have to run system restore and restore to the point just before I ran the update to get my old IE back. Can anyone help???

Help updating to IE 7...it semms to hang.?windows updates

It continues to hang because of some other software that is currently running in the background (in most cases). I would either use the Task Manager to shut down any unecessary programs that you do not currently need to be operating at the time prior to installation of the new IE 7. Another option is to turn some programs off permantely using the MSCONFIG command. To do this, you begin as follows:

Help updating to IE 7...it semms to hang.?replacement windows internet explorer

IE 7 should not effect your Interent connection and as a result I think you need to check the new Internet settings.

As you said it should work automatically...

I must also point out that 50% is pretty high for CPU usage during Internet use.

IE doesn't work right after I do some windows updates?

I did the latest windows updates and I could get my home page to come up but if I searched a seperate IE window would come up and both IE windows would freeze. I'd have to restart the computer and the same thing would happen. I've run system restore and IE works properly until the updates come back up and I download them and then the same thing happens. I've run AdAware, AVG, Housecall and can't find any viruses. The only thing I can figure out is something is up with the download. Anybody else ever have this problem or has any ideas that can help?

Help! Upgrading to IE 7 casued big problems.?

I upgraded to IE 7 in order to get the enhanced security benefits. When I installed the new version, IE opens but then is unresponsive. I have to close out of it and use Mozilla to get on the net. Same thing happens when I open Windows Media Player--just stays unresponsive. When I uninstall IE7 and go back to the old version, everything works fine. I have installed/unistalled 5 times with restarts; no change. Can anyone help?

I'm not an expert but the author if this website is. She specifically mentions a couple of things that can affect a successful install. Like having to reboot twice after installing.

And Microsoft has some words of wisdom as well:

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/926449/e...

When I first installed IE7 I had a boatload of problems starting with the actual installation. Instead of uninstalling and then reinstalling, I tried a repair install. (Similar to what I've done with XP.) Instead of removing the existing copy I just downloaded another copy on top of the first. And that solved my install problems. Then I found this article which basically says the same thing in the very last paragraph.

June attack on IE?

I've been reading in several places whispers about a coming June attack on Microcrap's IE. Funny story:

I have extremely good security on my computer. I rarely use IE; only when I absolutely have to (some sites required for my business only accept IE) otherwise, I use Firefox. I ran a scan with my SpyOnThis, and it found 70 items, most of them being in the high to extremely high threat range. I found on inspection of these 70 items that MOST of them were connected to IE/ActiveXcontrols/blah blah.

Considering that I have my cache and cookies dumped automatically every hour, run one antispyware every hour on auto, and two other programs manually about every two hours, have a very good anti-virus that scans every 24 hours (full system check), run my Crap Cleaner once a day, etc. would you say that there is an attack going on? I've never, EVER had that many high-end objects show up during a scan, and I ran IE ONCE last night.

Anyone else showing up a lot of junk on their scans?

June attack on IE?windows explorer

First, your Firefox browser isn't any safer than IE. The only reason you didn't get infections using it, is because, few people used it and the bad guys didn't waste their time and efforts on it. Now that more people are using it, they have found the weak links in it and are now infecting computers through firefox.

I use IE6, and since I learned about the different types of Malware, and how to protect my computer, I've had no infections in 5 months. Since you are being infected your protection isn't that good.

You need to get rid of the infections first. Go here and run the online scan and let it remove anything it finds and lists. Before running this download the latest version of Java here. Then remove any previous versions.

http://www.java.com/en/download/windows_...

http://housecall.trendmicro.com/

If any infections remain then go here and follw the procedure and run the AS programs she lists.

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/IE/comm...

Here is a package that will protect your computer and is all Free!

Make sure your computer is set up for AutoUpdate for Microsoft/Windows Updates. Use Automatic Updates.

http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupd...

Firewall - If you have Windows XP with the SP2 then use the Firewall supplied with it. It is excellent. If not then use:

Zone Alarm Free version.

Anti-Virus - AVG 7.1 Free or AVAST Free. Both are excellent and better than most you pay for. Use only one AV program.

Anti-Spy - Windows Defender Beta 2, Spybot Search %26amp; Destroy, AdAware SE Personal. If you use the Yahoo Toolbar with AS, continue to use it. If not, I recommed, downloading the toolbar and using the AS. It is the eTrust Pest Patro AS program and is excellent.

The Windows Defender and Yahoo AS will be the only two AS that run all the time. Spybot and AdAware will be used for scans only.

All the AV/AS and Zone Alarm can be downloaded here.

http://www.filehippo.com/

This next program will work with your AV and AS programs and stop infections before they get a chance to install. It will find stuff already on and help remove it automatically. It will also protect against infected Email attachments. Do Not use as stand alone protection.

http://www.novatix.com/Home.aspx

This next program will alert you to sites that could or will infect you. They have tested many sites and have rated them and will give you a color warning.

http://www.siteadvisor.com/

I use an eTrust AV program and the Windows Firewall. Everything else listed here I use. No infection in 5 months.

I installed this exact package on my neighbors computer 3 months ago and he hasn't been infected. He likes to download Porn and free games.

I too, run all of the protection that is feasible (feasible = cheap or free + convenient) and try to keep away from the worst of the web's offerings.

As far as an IE attack, I think you answered the question. IE is under attack every day. My daily scans turn up about 30 new cookies.

IE 7 Add ons; Surely, you jest?

IE 7 is supposed to compete with Firefox. Okay, then why do you have to pay for the add ons? Firefox gives them to you for free. I think I'll be sticking with Mozilla, good buddy.

How can we ensure our Achara Dharma ie transient in nature to be in tune with Atma Dharma ie Permane

How can we ensure our Achara Dharma ie transient in nature to be in tune with Atma Dharma ie Permanent in Nature ? Is it a way too complex a process and the underlying threads, are they very subtle in Nature ?

Are the Ways of Achara Dharma, the practical rightfulness or righteousness like the practicalities of Sun rises and Sun sets, Heaven and Hell, Right and Wrong, Good and Bad, Life and Death, Veda and Vedanta are way too complex, changing and subtle to be in tune with the Real and Permanent Atma Dharma ie aiming Salvation, Moksha, Moha Kshaya, the Cessation of All desires, just like the Sun in the back ground that neither rises nor sets. Scriptures need to be studied deeper into understand the fine threads which perhaps, are not the case with most of the so called practitioners and followers in today's world. May be that also a Divine Art, Tatvamasi.

What's your take ?

How can we ensure our Achara Dharma ie transient in nature to be in tune with Atma Dharma ie Permanent ?download windows xp

Glimpses into some aspects of "What is Dharma ?", into the practicalities of Rightful Action

Ways of Achara Dharma, the practicalities of rightful deeds are so complex and

the underlying threads very subtle in nature to be in tune with the Highest

Righteousness, the Atma Dharma ie of "Moksha", the Moha Kshaya, Cessation of all

the desires ie Salvation. Sathya Sai Baba say,

Life + Desire = Man

Life - Desire = God

In assuaging the tastes and tendencies of desires (vasanas) with our perceived

limited abilities, it would be nice going thru some of glimpses of

Krishnavatara. While going thru these glimpses imagine for the time being Lord

Krishna to be a non - realised one just like any of us. And imagine what could

the light of Achara Dharma (the practical righteousness) ie creeping into us.

Here are some Glimpses from the book, Krishnavatara volumes from 1 to 8 written

by Kulapati K . M . Munshi and published by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Kulapati

K.M. Munshi Marg, Mumbai - 400 007. Perhaps the whole set of books costs around

Rs. 500 /-.

Sri. Munshi was a devottee of Bhagavan Sri Sathya Sai Baba and Sai Baba is said

to have cured him of Paralysis. The whole 8 editions of Krishnavatara portrays

Lord Krishna as a Man, a Great Hero and it is a very inspiring version into the

life of Lord Krishna, may be a nice compiling of modern and ancient values.

Here is a link into Kulapati K. M. Munshi from wikipedia

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/K.M._Munshi

So here goes a few glimpses from the third volume of Krishnavatara, The Five

Brothers, from the chapter "What is Dharma ?"

........ Krishna deeply appreciated the loving faith which his mother and wives

had in him and maintained his usual self-composure and his cheerful smile. At

heart, however, he was deeply perturbed. He had an insistent feeling about what

the true situation was. The Yadavas had proved a broken reed. The hope of

securing a swift triumph for Dharma, which he had conceived and planned, was

well - nigh gone .......

........ If the Five Brothers did not make their appearance on the stage of the

Swayamvara in a spectacular manner, as he had planned, they would sink as before

into helpless dependants of the Kuru royal family. The fratricidal conflict

might recommence - or nothing might happen at all - for Duryodhana would

completely dominate Hastinapura. In addition Jarasandha - the sworn enemy of the

Arya way of life - might carry away the Princess of Panchala. The pursuit of the

ways of Satya, Yajna and Tapas at ashrams of the rishis, on which Aryadharma

flourished, would wither away for want of protection and without

support.

The more he thought of the predicament, the more he felt that he had missed

something.........

........ He was led into a labyrinth of intricate puzzles. What was his Dharma

for which he was fighting ? And how could he protect it and inspire others with

it in every situation in face of the vast passions and weaknesses released by

man ?

It was a stormy night - rain, thunder, lightning, the sea lashing in giant waves

against the embarkment, the rain falling on the roof as if in a shower of rocks.

A cry suddenly tore the air : " What is Dharma ? " The cry shattered Krishna's

sleep and stirred his dream - world. "What is Dharma ?" - reverberated all over

the earth and in the heavens.

Scenes - vague, confused and shapeless - came before him. Men floated by,

rising, mingling and vanishing. Vrindavan with its leafy trees, grinning monkeys

and dancing peacocks. And he abandoned Radha, fresh like a kunda flower, whom he

loved as his life, to a lonely fate. Was this Dharma ?

The royal wrestling ground at Mathura. Men, women and children shouting,

straining their eyes, gesticulating. He was pounding the b'oody face of the

tyrant, Kamsa, dragging his dead body along the ground, the people hailing him

as a saviour. But he had killed his maternal uncle. Was that Dharma ?

Big Brother and himself were running away from Mathura, finding safety in

Gomantaka across the barren hills of Sahyadri. They were afraid of Jarasandha's

destroying Yadavas because of them. Was it cowardice ? Was it Dharma ?

At the foot of the Gomantaka Hill, Balarama was ready to smash Jarasandha's

skull. He intervened and stopped Big Brother's mace in mid career, and thus

saved the life of the emperor, the source of all adharma (non-righteousness) in

Aryavarta. - to the undoing of many righteous kings, the closing of numerous

homes of learning and piety, and the ruination of thousands of families. Was

that Dharma ?

On the outskirts of Kundinapura, He lifted Princess Rukmini into his chariot,

kidnapped her, inflicted wounds on her pursuing brother. The swayamvara became

an occasion for the gnashing of teeth and wailing of women. The heart of the

good natured Bhishmaka was broken. Rukmi (brother of Princess Rukmini) was

driven to self - imposed exile. Was that Dharma ?

Hastinapura. He threw his weight against Duryodhana struggling to right the

wrong done to him. He came in the way of karna, the unfortunate man, wronged by

his mother at the moment of his birth and by men, who braved his misfortunes

with noble fortitude, retrieving the gold of skill and status out of the dust by

sheer ability and character. Was that Dharma ?

The Palace of Kampilya. Drupada and his children opened their hearts to him. He

accepted their confidence, but refused to take the risk of fighting the Kurus,

planned a spectacular Swayamvara which was likely to end in complete failure.

Was that Dharma ?

Krishna shivered in his sleep. Opening his eyes he saw the loving eyes of

Rukmini fixed on him. He tried to smile and fell asleep ......

Again he saw men and women coming in endless processions, shouting, grimacing,

praying, wailing, talking of Dharma, waiting to know what it was, himself unable

to give a satisfying answer. He heard himself asking these men and women: " Do

you know Dharma ? "

"Yes", said one, "I know it." And he was a profit-mad skin-flint. He had the

face of Satrjit, but a little twisted and much more sinister. "I buy Dharma", he

said, "from the Brahmans (Priests), even from the gods. I feed my family. I

worship at the shrines. For I alone know how to gather riches and to give them."

"Your Dharma is the child of greed. I know you not", Krishna heard himself

saying, and let him pass by....

"I know Dharma," claimed another, marked by the emblems of sanctity. "I am

pious. I have shrunk from the ways of sin, never murdered, never stolen, never

whored. My way is the only righteous way."

"Your Dharma is the child of fear. I know you not," said Krishna and let him

pass by......

The third came, a dare-devil, "I know my Dharma," he said. " I have destroyed my

enemies, for whoever opposes me is of the seed of sin. I perform sacrifices,

give in charity and thereby my victory to the world. I feed the Brahmans

(Priests) and my praises are sung by them."

"Your Dharma is the child of vanity. I know you not," said Krishna and let him

pass by .....

Then there came before him one who was meek and resigned. "I know Dharma, no one

else does," he said. "It is humility. Unresisting, I suffer wrongs cheerfully. I

bear hunger, thrist, cold, even misfortune. That is the privilege of the meek in

spirit. Theirs is the glory of Dharma."

"Your Dharma is the child of slave mind which does not know the divinity within

him. I know you not", said Krishna and let him pass by.....

Then came another, sly as fox, and said; "I know my Dharma

...................................

.....................And yet another .......... "I know my Dharma. I do not care

what I do - I murder, steal, avenge. But I chant the glories of the Great God

and turn my sin into a song. I know, He will forgive me, however wicked I am. My

God is merciful." ..................

.............. " My dharma is not to resist evil. I shall suffer in silence and

shall inherit the kingdom of heaven. Let the wicked seek their foul destiny.

They are no concern of mine............

.......... "All Dharma is illusion. I eat, drink and enjoy myself as I like. My

body is my only shrine. The pleasure of the flesh are my rituals of worship.

Beyond them there is nothing; after me there is nothing."

"You are the child of demon. I shall never fogive you," said Krishna and in

disgust he turned his back on him......

Suddenly the procession vanished.

Krishna awoke, his heart pounding wildly. Then he smiled to himself. His dream

had told him how men looked upon Dharma.

He knew the Dharma of the rulers of men like Bhishma and Drupada. It was to

defend their people, to feed the starving, to

help the helpless, to foster learning, to uphold the ancient ways of godly

living.

He also knew the Dharma of the family. It created the beautiful bond which

Drupada had woven between himself and his children; it knit the five brothers

together so that they lived for each other and for their mother; it made Rukmini

and Shaibya part of him ; and led his Mother Devaki to see all in her child and

her child in all.

He also knew the Dharma of the Master, who lived only to understand all who came

to him with sympathy and who, by the love he bore them, inspired them to be

better than they were.

All this was Dharma, no doubt, But so also were the Dharmas of all those others

whom he had rejected. It gave each of them something noble to live by - ladders

built out of weakness of the heart so that they might climb to a higher Dharma,

always feeling better than before with each rung they climbed. Men were

differently made and each needed his own ladder. But for that they would have

been demons with smirking lips and a self-satisfied air, as that one in the

procession was, whose body was his shrine, and whose only rituals of worship

were the pleasures of the flesh.........

...... Whilst flashes illumined the room in which he lay, an inner light seem to

come to him as well. He saw clearly, distinctly - what he had been groping for

so long. Life - sinful, wretched, noble, inspiring - was one and indivisible. In

accepting the the mission of fighting for its ennoblement, he had embraced, not

a part of life, but the whole of it.

Unwittingly he had been struggling to fulfil the expectations of all - as a son,

as a friend, as a husband, as a brother, as a warrior, as a leader, as a

defender of the righteous way - at all times feeding the hunger of men and women

for someone to love, to cheer and to inspire ; and they had learnt to gauge the

excellence of other men by comparing them to him. This was the secret of why he

had moved many who, but for him, would have remained stagnant.

That was why, in their ecstasy at finding him what they had hungered for, many

had called him 'their' Govinda; others a redeemer; some .............

How can we ensure our Achara Dharma ie transient in nature to be in tune with Atma Dharma ie Permanent ?ies internet explorer

If someone spends too much time trying to avoid negative thoughts they will not be able to cope with a negative situation.

I agree that it is likely better to try and find a good balance, but to fully avoid all negative thought is simply unnatrual to humans. Rather it is better to consider the negative and reflect upon it so that you can fully undersatnd it's existance and with that knowledge determine the best way to react towards the best outcome for all.

Bad things happen to good people, a prepared mind can handle any situation, and a skilled mind can turn all situations into hidden blessings.
Might there be some frequency and signature peculiar to the terms you use here that imports better than your native language can?

Dharma implies inclusivity, not exclusivity.

Hereto, is an example of attunement of Dharma. It is not something once or twice remove but rather that which is right where we are -- here and now.

If Dharma were something we absolutely had to know now, by your above example, we would have failed at finding out what this is given all the foreign turns given over to us in terms we cannot understand. See?

That is a stark case of what Dharma is not and should not be.

So for starters, Dharma conveys and does not confound.

IE question?

how do i uninstall internet explorer, and all files from it from my pc, and after that if i'll choose to download ie7 will it download?p.s. i'm doing since some files in my current ie are corrupted, since everytime i use it it says Internet explorer encountered problems and needs to close.i got firefox.

IE question?internet explorer 6

You can uninstall IE7 and roll back to IE6 but do not attempt to uninstall IE6 if you have XP or an earlier operating system. You can corrupt critical system files as well as render Outlook Express (which is part of IE) virtually useless.

If you have Vista, you cannot roll back to IE6.

Since you feel you have file corruption, follow the steps below to try and repair it.

First update and scan your computer with your security products such as antivirus and antispyware applications. If your computer comes up clean after running your resident security products, you may want to consider running a System File Checker (SFC). This can be run in Safe Mode should you prefer. To get into Safe Mode, reboot and then either hold down or tap the F8 key repeatedly while the computer is starting up. To run SFC, close all applications such as Office, Messenger, Email, etc, and go to:

- Start

- Run

- Type in sfc /scannow (include the space before the " / ")

What SFC does is that it attempts to fix or replace critical operating system files. Sometimes this can be done without the installation disk, however it may prompt you for the appropriate operating system installation disk. If that is the case, then you know that you definitely have major file corruption or something missing. Insert the disk if prompted. Also you should run SFC using the Administrator account.

If you have the Vista operating system, the steps are a bit different due to the UAC. See the link below.

http://vistasupport.mvps.org/system_file...

Don't surf, play games or do anything while SFC runs. After it is completed, reboot your computer.

One of the major culprits in missing or corrupt operating system files is running a registry cleaner or optimizer. They can flag important shared files for deletion or cleanup. Another cause is malware.

NOTE: Before running any registry cleaner or editing the registry, always ensure you back it up first. If the registry cleaner you are using doesn't have that function, you can do it manually. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/322756

Internet Explorer may not be working for a variety of reasons. There may be malware or a missing file.

If you need to reinstall Internet Explorer 7, and are using Windows XP, go to Control Panel %26gt; Add or Remove Programs %26gt; check "Show Updates" (at the top), and scroll down to Internet Explorer 7. Select it and click Uninstall. After this procedure, restart your computer, and re-download Internet Explorer here: http://www.microsoft.com/windows/product...

If you still have Internet Explorer 6, downloading Internet Explorer 7 will also solve your problems. Follow the same link provided.

If you are using Windows Vista, try launching Internet Explorer with no Add-ons. (by typing "Internet Explorer No Add-ons" in the Start menu search bar) This will allow you to trouble-shoot the add-ons (toolbars, plug-ins, etc) that may be causing you problems. after finding your source/s of the problem, remove the plug-ins/add-ons via the Control Panel %26gt; Uninstall Programs.

I hope this helps to relieve some of your frustration with Internet Explorer.

FireFox And IE?

I'm not asking which is better. I'm just seeing who agrees with my point.

People say IE lacks in features, and that mozilla firefox doesn't, but really those people aren't up to date. Using IE 6 still!

IE has most of the things they say it doesn't!

http://www.xulplanet.com/ndeakin/arts/re...

So from a non developer point of view, IE 7 is just almost good as FireFox.

I actually prefer FireFox, because of about:config.

People always aggro about the most used systems, or most used anythings!

The people who complain about windows are too dumb to know how to use it, none the less linux!(Linux is much more complicated than windows.Only used by 3.3%)

http://www.w3schools.com/browsers/browse...

I think its simple, people need to get their facts straight before they bash MS, IE7, WMP, etc.

What do you think? Agree, disagree?

Don't flame.

I'm on Ubuntu Linux with kde, Firefox, Wine installed, and everything completely set up.

FireFox And IE?microsoft xp

need to agree. Ie is updated and is secured too.Firefox actually loading slow on me.I like Ie because it loads up fast the only prob i get with ie is that it crashes me sometimes but that could also be my system.Thats why i made my own client http://browser.yahworld.com .Firefox is good with linux but same problem with the loading. I still would say Firefox is a bit better. So my rate is from 1 - 10 FIREFOX:8 IE7.xx:7.5 ! - Fact for me is there is no super browser out there. Learn to use it and you will love it . See ya

FireFox And IE?download windows xp internet explorer

Well I see things this way. IE 6 is so old that is it useless. IE 7.0 is so unstable that it is useless. FF runs but has interface issues and doesn't render certain bits of CSS properly. Opera is stable, fast, secure, and renders according to the W3C standards so it works PROPERLY!!!!.

Opera for me works great even on a machine with insufficient memory to run windows properly half the time.
I am a fan of FireFox, it is the only thing I will use. I don't like IE v6 or v. They have done a lot of upgrades to IE v7 but I still think it doesn't compare to FireFox.

Windows is falling apart specially since VISTA came out, they are trying to push people to spending a lot of money on WINDOWS products. So but, of course WINDOWS is going to get trashed.
You know they say you judge a book by its cover. Bashing Linux or Bashing Windows is senseless. Both operating systems have their good points and bad points. I've already converted three computers back to windows xp because of the windows vista downfall and people don't like it.

I use Fire Fox by choice because it is faster and doesn't stall out when loading up web pages. Anything made by Microsoft I don't trust, not to be spying on the user. I only have a windows computer to do things Linux woun't do because of lack of comparable software

Where to get outdated IE browsers and IE with CSS?

I'm working on a site using CSS for my company, and found that when I used the computers at work (with ancient Internet Explorer versions) the perprortions are entirely wrong to the point that the website is nonfunctional.

So my first question: Do all IE versions support CSS?

and second: Where can I download outdated IE browsers to check my work on?

use a good browser, mozzilla firefox or opera!

Ie corrupting laptop?ies internet explorer

try a different brower and see if you have the same problem

if not you probably have virus and/or spyware you need to get rid off
No! Get Mozilla or Opera!
As above replace IE with Firefox its a far better browser.

You will also need to check your system out for virus and spyware.

I recomend AVG for the virus, Go to

www.grisoft.com and browse the products section to find the free version of anti virus (there really is no need to get the pay for version as the free is very good indeed).

while you are there you can also download the anti-spy ware program too. this is probably one of the best on the market and you get it fully working for a months trial after which the shield is dropped.

Download from www.downloads.com

adaware se

spywareblaster

spybot search and destroy

install the programs and regularly update and run scans this should keep your system tip top.

If firefox does not sort out the problem you can use anyones copy of XP to reinstall as long as you use your own COA key

Try following the advice on this web site

Everytime i open my web browser (ie 7) another two browser windows open and these stupid sites come up like poker and weird companies like iforex, and on the tab before the name CiD: is written?? what can this be from?? help???

Ie Spam???windows update

Sounds like you have some spyware or malware infecting your machine. Ideally I'd say buy an anti-virus %26amp; anti-spyware application to keep your computer clean and protected from this sort of thing. But there are free alternatives from AVG. Whether they work as well is hard to say. Kaspersky has a decent paid app that does well. You can also try Spybot Search %26amp; Destroy which always worked good for me when I was putting up with this junk on Windows.

I put up a lot of links for you to check out, so at least one of them should work for you. If one isn't working out, you can always uninstall it. These are all safe apps I've linked you to.

IE 7 Help.?

Anyone else notice that IE 7 takes forever to open? It sometimes takes a long time for pages to open as well. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Is there an update available to fix it?

IE 7 Help.?default browser

There is an update: it's called FireFox :) Seriously, IE7 is quite bloated, I don't know of any hotfixes. I would suggest removing any extraneous plugins and toolbars, such as the ubiquitous Google Toolbar. Also, try clearing your cache and settings its max size to around 100 - 200 MB.

Re install it. it shouldn't take long time.
Might do a quick spyware or virus check.

When you say pages are slow to open, are you having problems with your internet connection?

MY IE 7 is fine do you have a slow ISP? Check for spyware and are you running a lot of programs while you are on the net?

IE 7 error when downloading?

Here is the deal...Microsoft is pretty much usless to me as they're no help at all. Everytime I go to DL something off Microsofts website I get to the DL page I choose the appropiate connection and then a window pops up saying that the IE page can not be found it can either be a misspelling, connection problem or the page is not working. So I diagnose the connection and it tells me that there are no problems. This has been going on for months.

I opperate with Windows XP pro, IE7 and I know I have all the appropriate hardware to upgrade to MS office 2007. I have cleared the cache, checked my firewalls and also checked my security settings.

If anyone can help me I would appreciate it. I need this software for my classes.

IE 7 asks if I want webpages to access my CLIPBOARD. What's this about?

Just for the record, I know what a clipboard is. :) What I do NOT know, is what the following window means, which I often get when I take online surveys (from reputable market research sites, BTW, not fly-by-night ones)...

"Do you want to allow this webpage to access your Clipboard? If you allow this, the webpage can access the Clipboard and read information that you've cut or copied recently."

My questions:

1. Can the webpages read my IE 7 clipboard only, or the clipboard of ANY program on my computer, such as Microsoft Word?

2. Can the webpages read only the last thing I cut or copied, or go back and read a whole SERIES of things I cut or copied?

3. WHY would a site giving me a survey about, say, a new concept for frozen waffles or sanitary pads, want to see the random mess of things on my clipboard? i.e. What's interesting about following the URL to a page with a friend's squirrel photos, or in reading a letter I wrote to thank my cousin for hosting a family party?

IE 7 asks if I want webpages to access my CLIPBOARD. What's this about?microsoft outlook

Hi Shari516 :)

1) Open the "Tools" menu

2) Click "Internet Options"

3) Go to the "Security" tab, make sure "Internet" is selected and click the "Custom Level" box.

4) Scroll down to the "Scripting" section and under "Allow Programatic Clipboard Access" set it to DISABLE and click OK %26gt; Yes %26gt; OK.

Answers:

1) Without that being disabled, it is only possible for sites to collect data you have been copying and pasting if you allow them when prompted. My setting with completly disable clipboard access to site you visit without the need to be prompted

2) Not sure, but when you copy something new to your clipboard, the old data is lost, so I would assume it is only the last thing you copied.

3) If a site is giving a survey, they are interested in your personal information because they are getting paid to collect it. They take what your giving up and what ever else they could squeeze from you, including the contents of your clipboard.

Best regards,

Windsor

IE 7 asks if I want webpages to access my CLIPBOARD. What's this about?windows messenger internet explorer

Clipboard is where data goes when you copy then paste. It can have small and large parts of data.

definitely deny access.

Seems like a security setting problem

These sites can, witrh the right code, do what you mention. The thing is to block this type of access. Sometimes the basic data, however trivial, can be used for market profiling
The behavior that you are referring to is due to the increased security settings in IE-7.

In IE-6s security settings, allowing a web-site to access and read the contents of your clipboard was "enabled" by default. This obviously could allow un-scrupulous sites access to personal information that one might not wish it to have. Maybe your password or your credit card number happened to be stored in your clipboard at the time!

IE-7 has much tighter security which is good and long overdue. It is simply warning you that a web-site is accessing data in your clipboard. This gives you the choice is you wish to allow this behavior based on your knowledge of the particular site. No browser can determine if a site is reputable or not, it is giving the decision to you.

IE-7 behavior is to "prompt" for a web-site to access your clipboard .

Your online surveys have been doing this all along. It's your call if you trust them or not!

My IE is set to use yahoo lonon page as home page but MS redirects to MS.?

Go to http://www.yahoo.com and drag the icon in the adderss bar to the home page icon and let it go. I also recommend that you go to http://www.acelogix.com and look to the left in the freeware section for "Startup Guard". This will stop others from directing or changing your homepage as well as a lot of other stuff. If you are haveing problems, run SpyBot S%26amp;D and then go do an online scan at http://www.trendmicro.com

Ie defendrer?

I downloaded "ie defender" and cannot remove it. i have vista; dell inspiron 1721.

I tried "control panel: uninstall" but i get a mcafee popup that says this action is denied.

i just got this virus a couple days ago! i had a heck of time trying to find something to remove it. try SUPERAntiSpyware, it caught IE defender on my system and removed it for me and its free. i also tried the removal instructions from one of those forum websites but they were complicated and i didn't get the virus out. try superantispyware, it works and its really easy, you just wait for it to scan your system.

ad-ware works fine too. i used that too. ad-ware finds a lot of tracking cookies also that supersntispyware sometimes misses, but if IE defender is the only bothering you, superantispyware works really well.

Removing IEDefender, or IE Defender is a difficult process, but it can be done. IEDefender made its way into your computer without your permission and now it's damaging your machine. This rogue anti-spyware program will launch on every Windows startup and download more malware into your computer. IEDefender displays constant pop-ups and system alerts that mislead you into purcahsing the full version of the program. Do NOT trust IEDefender. I suggest you remove IEDefender immediately. Here are the instructions to get rid of IEDefender.

Understand that some websites do not accept Firefox. I prefer it too but sometimes I have to allow IE to execute because a website will demand it. But if you use Windows, click Start, go to Set Program Access %26amp; Defaults and click, go to custom and select the browser you want and unclick 'allow access to IE' and Apply changes. That should work.

IE and Mozilla "Page cannot be displayed"?

i need a step by step process on how i can resolve this problem. i can not use any of my browsers both IE and mozilla it always says "page can not be displayed" but i can chat with friends using my messenger so meaning i don't have any problems with my connection. and if you can tell me what causes it then that would be great.

IE and Mozilla "Page cannot be displayed"?web browser

Is your computer directly connected to the internet or connnected to internet via gateway or router, that may be another computer in your local area network connection?

If your computer is a standalone, then the problem might have arised due to virus infections. You can just locate a file file in c:\windows\java\java.dll, if this file exists then it's the problem of virus. this virus can be removed with the updated AVG antivirus, even with the free edition. Try it out.

maybe the website you want to open is blocked or restricted....
The connection of the IE and Mozilla might be wrong. Check your Firewall, check to see IE and Mozilla browsers are allowed if not check them off.

If your sure it doesn't work try google! Maybe the website on your browser tools the website or internet is restricted or blocked from the browser to allow access to use it.
I have found this message to mean your OS has timed out and you need to get back on line. I have Professional XP and see this message all the time when working on a long piece, poetry or message.

2- check software proxy settings, uncheck using proxy

3- if you're using any proxy program, it could be that. uninstall it and restart.

IE Defender Cannot be Removed!!!?

It appears that every second i have the same thing popping up saying that my computer has been hijacked and i need to download blah blah..... I know its IE Defender, but i dont know how to get rid of it. I tried that thing on bleepin computers but i was having trouble with it, i tried deleting it, and still no success. Does anyone know how to remove it quickly without paying for a spy ware thing? I greatly appreciate it, Thanks!

IE Defender Cannot be Removed!!!?microsoft money

IEDefender is a rogue anti-spyware application that displays exaggerated security alerts difficult to close in an attempt to trick you into purchasing the full IEDefender version.

Your web browser is hijacked and will display a fake error message in order to confuse you into believing it鈥檚 coming from the search engine itself. IE Defender error message states that you鈥檙e infected with spyware and that you need to download IEDefender to solve your problem. This is not true. IE Defender is trying to trick you into purchasing the full version of the product. Remove IEDefender as soon as possible. In the link I'm providing, you may read all about IEDefender and the instructions to remove this rogue anti-spyware.good luck.

Make sure you print or save the instructions

work in safe mode!
spybot, updated, run in safe mode.
After several hours of effort I got rid of it by using the manual fix described at bleepingcomputer.com, modified in two ways.

!. When deleting files from C\Windows\System32 do so in Safe Mode.

2. Don't rely on the list of file names to delete. Arrange the files in the System32 directory by date modified, and delete files modified at the time that you were infected - but copy them to a memory stick first just in case you are deleting the wrong ones.
IEDefender is an extremely dangerous rogue software created by programmers from Russia. It may be installed manually (from www.iedefender.com) or using security holes. Once the IEDefender is installed, it will start showing fake security messages that your system is in danger and will trick you into buying its full version. IEDefender may steal your secret information (passwords, credit card numbers, PayPal accounts). IEDefenders work may damage Windows registry and cause system slowdowns and crashes. It may be difficult to remove IEDefender manually because it loads on every Windows startup and has an ability to renew itself if you try to remove it.
